Steel Sense 4003
SteelSense 4003 is a unique utility stainless steel that is vastly superior to mild
steel and low alloy steel and much less expensive than stainless steel. It is weldable,
has an excellent resistance to corrosive attack in damp/wet conditions and also at
elevated temperatures. It is therefore ideal for the inside of industrial kilns and
also the construction of kiln cars, pallets, moulds, trolleys and other items that
are used at very high temperatures. The working surface of SteelSense 4003, rather
than corroding under abrasion will actually polish resulting in improved material
flow in specific applications.

How it works
SteelSense 4003 is a utility stainless steel which does not depend
upon the inclusion of expensive alloying elements such as nickel and molybdenum, costs
are further reduced through minimising protective treatments and corrosion allowances
as well as reducing maintenance and increasing service life and productivity.
